- What counts as a connection?
- A connection is one logical MCP endpoint - one proxy URL in front of an MCP server. Any number of agents and clients on the same endpoint count as one connection.
- Is there a quota on held calls?
- No. Held calls, rules and decisions are unlimited on every paid plan - strict gating should never feel like a cost. Fair use: above 1M calls per month and organization we talk volume - a ceiling against extremes, not an everyday metric.
- How does the annual contract work?
- Annual billing = 2 months free: you pay 10 instead of 12 monthly rates. Selectable at checkout for Pro and Enterprise.
- I am an existing customer - does anything change?
- No. Existing plans continue unchanged at the old price (grandfathering). Switching to the new model is voluntary - with the complete removal of any quota counting as the visible upside.
